By joining to be an Affiliate in the NexGen Shop Affiliate (“Program”) you are consenting to be limited by the accompanying agreements (“Terms of Service”).

NexGen Shop maintains all authority to refresh and change the Terms of Service now and again without notice. Any new feature that increases or upgrade the ongoing Program, including the arrival of new apparatuses and resources, will be dependent upon the Terms of Service. If you will violate any of the terms below will result in the termination of your account and also any affiliate commissions earned during the violation will be confiscated.

  • To be the part of this affiliate program your age should be above 18 years.
  • You must be a human. Accounts entered by “bots” or other machine techniques are not allowed.
  • You should give your legitimate complete name, a substantial email address, and some other data mentioned to finish the signup process.
  • Your login can only be used by one person – login shared by more than one person is not allowed.
  • You are responsible for protecting your records and password. Your inability to comply with the security obligation to NexGen Shop does not and will not result in any loss.
  • You are answerable for all Content posted and activities that happens under your record.
  • An individual or legal entity cannot have more than one account.
  • You cannot use the affiliate program for any illegal purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violates any of the rules within your jurisdiction.
  • You cannot use the affiliate program to earn money on your own NexGen Shop products accounts.

  • The customers that buy the products from this program will considered as our customer. Accordingly, all of our rules, policies and operating procedures relating to customer orders, customer service, and product sales will apply to these customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. For example, we will set the prices of products sold under this program according to our own pricing policies. The prices and availability of the products may vary time to time.

After joining the affiliate program, you will be provided with a unique affiliate code. You are allowed to place the links, banners or other graphics we provide with your affiliate code on your site, emails or any other communications methods. All of the guidelines, link styles and graphical artwork will be provided to you to use in linking.

We can change the design of artwork at any without any notice, but we will not change the dimension of the images without any proper notice.

To allow accurate tracking, reporting, and collection of referral fees, we will provide you with special link formats that will be used in all links between your site and NexGen Shop. You have to make sure that the links between your site and NexGen Affiliate properly uses such link format. You will earn just with the sales on a NexGen Affiliate item happening straightforwardly through Special Links. we won’t be obligated to you as for any disappointment by you or somebody you refer to utilize Special Links or inaccurately type your Affiliate Code, To the extent that such a failure may result in a reduction in the amounts that would otherwise be paid to you under this Agreement.

To get a referral fee for selling a product, the customer must click through that special link through your site, or email or any other communication platform and complete the order.

The commissions will only be paid on the links that are automatically tracked by our system. We have the right to disqualify the commissions earned through fraudulent or any illegal way. The payments will be paid when you cross $20, if your account never crosses this amount then payments will not be paid.

You will be exclusively responsible for the development, activity, and support of your site and for all materials that show up on your site.

  • Technical operation of your site and all related equipment
  • Guaranteeing the showcase of Special Links on your site abuses no agreement among you and any outsider
  • Make sure that materials posted on your site is not illegal.
  • Make sure that materials posted on your site does not violate the rights of any third party.
